The meeting will be held at Palacio Miramar, a late 19th-century palace located on the La Concha bay of the city of San Sebastián.

San Sebastián ("Donostia" in Basque) is located in the northeast of the Spanish Basque Country: 110 km from Bilbao, 500 km from Madrid. It is a charming medium-size city set in a picturesque countryside, on the edge of the Biscay Gulf and surrounded by mountains. How to get to Donostia-San Sebastián

By plane:

Bilbao airport (BIO): About 1 hour drive from San Sebastián. A direct shuttle bus running every hour connects Bilbao airport and San Sebastián for about 17 €. The bus timetable is available at http://www.pesa.net/.

San Sebastián airport (EAS): 30 minutes drive from San Sebastián. Small airport with domestic connections to Madrid and Barcelona. Iberia flies to this airport. A regular bus connects the airport and the city (timetable is available at http://www.lurraldebus.net/). A taxi connecting the airport and the city should be around 30 €.

Biarritz airport (BIQ): 40 minutes drive from San Sebastián. Air France flies to this airport, and some low-cost airlines such as Ryanair also fly here. Bus connection is available from the airport to San Sebastián. For more information check http://www.conda.es/

By train:

The Adif train station “Estación del Norte” is in the center of San Sebastián, close to Urumea river. It offers connections to several Spanish cities, including Madrid and Barcelona.
There is also Metro Donostialdea, http://www.euskotren.es, popularly known as “Topo”, a narrow-gauge train connecting San Sebastián with cities along the Basque Coast, from Bilbao to Hendaye (France).

By bus:

The San Sebastián bus station has lines to cities throughout Spain. The main company traveling here is Alsa http://www.alsa.es/.

By car:

The city is connected to the rest of Spain by the N-1 (Madrid-Irun highway), AP-8 (Bilbao-Irun highway), and A-15 (Pamplona-San Sebastián highway).
